  • During these hard times, it is important for us all to remember to continue doing exercise where safe and whenever it is possible.


  • Whether it be jogging, lifting weights, walking your dog or skateboarding, any physical activity will help keep you healthy, reduce stress as well as helping you stay happy and positive.


  • It also acts as a good way to relax after long periods of sitting down during online classes or watching TV as an enjoyable and beneficial outlet during isolation.
