During these hard times, it is important for us all to remember to continue doing exercise where safe and whenever it is possible.
Whether it be jogging, lifting weights, walking your dog or skateboarding, any physical activity will help keep you healthy, reduce stress as well as helping you stay happy and positive.
It also acts as a good way to relax after long periods of sitting down during online classes or watching TV as an enjoyable and beneficial outlet during isolation.
